Mr Jegede Abiodun Paul is the founder of Japaul Group of Companies and the current Chairman of the Board of Directors.
He holds Bsc in Accountancy from University of Ilorin, and MBA from Rivers State University of Science and Technology.He worked as an accountant with an Oil Servicing Company in Portharcourt for 7years (1990 to 1996) before starting the Japaul Business operations in 1997.
He is a fellow of the institute of shipping of Nigeria, an Honourary Fellow of the Institute of Transport Administration, a member of Gemology Institute of America. (GIA), a member of Blockchain Council ( Certified Blockchain Expert- member no 16172339) and a member of the International whoï¿½s who historic society in Washington DC, USA.
As part of his his initiatives and passion to give back to the society, he Founded Life Fountain Orphange Home to take care of Orphans and Jegede Paul Foundation, giving scholarship and supporting widows.
Olusola Oke is a businessman with decades of varied corporate and entrepreneurial experience.
A graduate of Kwara State College of Technology and CETO Institute of Business with Diplomas from University of the District of Columbia and Howard University.
He worked as a Senior Manager at Ikoyi Hotel from 1983 through 1987 during which time he also worked at Bristol Hotel and Federal Guest House. He moved to Austria in 1988 where he worked for the Hotel and Tourism Institute.
After his stint in Austria, he moved to the United States in 1990, where he started a group of companies: Das Motors LLC, a vehicle dealership in the state of Maryland; A licensed member of Manheim Auto and Heavy Equipment Auctioneers.Blessing Homes – Baltimore MD, a licensed convalescent center for mentally challenged individuals.Soniyo International Ltd, a multi-faceted company engaged in the importing and exporting, purchasing and leasing of automobile, Logistics, Oil and Gas industry and heavy equipment, Dealer and representative of machinery and equipment manufacturers.

Hon. Abdulkadir Mamman Nasir, was born on the 6th of January, 1965 in Malumfashi, Katsina State.
He is a graduate of Ahmadu Bello University. He holds a PGDM from Bayero University, Kano. Hon. Abdulkadir Mamman Nasir is to be appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Japaul Oil & Maritime Services Plc.
He was a Member of the Board of Directors, Katsina State Transport Authority and Member, Board of Directors, Newsprint Manufacturing Company, Akwa Ibom State between 2000 and 2003.
As an outstanding Politician, he was elected Chairman, Malumfashi Local Government in 2004, appointed Chairman, Local Caretaker Committee, Malumfashi Local Government in 2004, elected Member, House of Representatives in 2011, and in 2015, he became the Chairman, All Progressives Congress, Katsina State, a position he occupies till date.
He has to his credit, several awards and certificates in recognition of his dedication and meritorious services. He is an Associate Member, Institute of Treasury Management and Financial Accountants.

Oluwaseyi Oyinlola is a Systems Engineering and Management major graduate from Richmond American International University in London and holds an MSc in International Business Management from the University of Surrey.
He also studied Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the prestigious London School of Economics. He has participated in several business and management courses in Nigeria and abroad.
He joined Reliance Trade Corporation, a top commodity-trading outfit in London as a commodity trader, and rose to the position of Head Trader (West Africa). At Reliance, Seyi traded Thai Parboiled Rice, Brazilian sugar, NPK, Urea (fertilizer products), steel, and various commodities all into West Africa with an annual trade portfolio in excess of $5 million. He was also involved in vessel chartering and cargo claims at Reliance.
In 2004 he founded Infinity Foods Investment Limited in Nigeria where he was the Managing Director/CEO until his appointment with Hyra Motors as the Pioneer Managing Director/CEO.

He grew Hyra Motors to be one of the highest-ranking automobile companies in Nigeria within a short period with an annual turnover in excess of N2 Billion. He drove the company into international and local expansion. Here Technologies and Hyra Motors (Ghana) Limited were borne out of this expansion drive. Under his leadership, Hyra Motors won over 10 prestigious awards both at home and abroad. They include and not limited to, BEST NEW COMPANY, BEST NEW BRAND (GEELY), AUTO BRAND OF THE YEAR, and CHINESE BRAND OF THE YEAR. In recognition of his entrepreneurial and managerial skills, he was awarded DISTINGUISHED YOUNG ENTREPRENEUR OF THE YEAR 2007 by National Daily, CEO OF THE YEAR 2008(Automobile) at the renowned Nigerian Automobile Awards. Onome Okodiya, Esq. LL.B, BL, and Notary Public.
He attended the Bendel state University Ekpoma, and graduated in 1990 with LL.B (HONS), and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1991. He joined the law firm of T. J. Onomigbo Okpoko & Co., in 1993 as a solicitor, and in 1997 was elevated to the position of a Partner in the firm. He left the firm to set up Onome Okodiya & Co in 2007.
He has handled several high-profile cases, acquired vast experience in corporate litigation, involving intricate issues of law for various companies and individuals.

Mr. Akinloye Daniel Oladapo is the Group Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Japaul Oil & Maritime Services Plc.
He holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Urban & Regional Planning from The Polytechnic, Ibadan, Postgraduate Diploma and M.Sc Degree in Transport from Ogun State University, Ago-Iwoye (now Olabisi Onabanjo University).
He worked for several years with Dapkol Engineering Limited, where he rose to the position of Project Manager, before he resigned his appointment in 1997. While with Dapkol Engineering Limited, he contributed immensely to the successful completion of various projects undertaken by the company, including the EEC sponsored projects under Lome II Convention.
He has been a member of the Board of Directors of Japaul Oil & Maritime Services Plc since 2008 where he rose to the position of the Deputy Group Managing Director of the Company, and Acting Group Managing Director before his confirmation as Group Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer in 2018.
He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Transport, London, and a Fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Shipping.
She is the Executive Director, Finance and Planning of Japaul Oil & Maritime Services Plc.
Prior to her current position, she was the Group Head, Internal Control and Risk Management of the company in April 2017. She assumed the role due to her positive contribution to the financial growth of the organization. She also held the position of General Manager, Finance and Planning.
Prior to joining Japaul Group in December 2012, she worked in manufacturing and audit industries with roles ranging from Accounting to Auditing as a professional with good experience in the said areas.
Her educational background in Accounting & Finance. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Lagos, after which she proceeded to Obafemi Awolowo University for her Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA).
She is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria - Accounting Technicians Scheme - West Africa, and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria.
Engr. Kingsley Uyokpeyi is the Executive Director of Operations (Japaul Dredging Services Ltd.)
Prior to his present position, he was the Chief Operating Officer of the Company. He joined Japaul Oil and Maritime Services Plc. in 2014 as a Project Manager and grew through several ranks until his present position.
He has about twenty (20) years of experience in handling various projects in different aspects of the Civil Engineering profession. His wealth of experience spans across the management of various dredging and marine projects, road and high way engineering, pollution control and environmental works.
He possesses a Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Civil Engineering, Masters in Business Administration and a Masters of Science in Management. He is a corporate member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers and also COREN registered.
He undertook his Law Degree (LL.B) at the University of Benin.
He was called to the Nigerian Bar as a Solicitor and Advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria after passing out from the Nigerian Law School with a Second Class Upper in 1989. He also has a Master’s in Law (LL.M) from the University of Lagos where he specialized in Labour Law, Company Law, International Economic Law, Sentencing and Treatment of Offenders.
As a Research Assistant at the Federal Ministry of Justice, Lagos from 1991-1993, he was also part of the team commissioned by the then Attorney General of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Prince Bola Ajibola to conduct an extensive research on cases adjudicated by Nigerian Courts which culminated in the publication of the All Nigerian Law Reports by the Federal Ministry of Justice.
Michael has been in Private Legal Practice for several years and has been involved in a broad spectrum of Legal matters with a bias for Corporate Law, Criminal Appeals and Commercial Litigation.
He is a Notary Public of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and accepts instructions as a CEDR Accredited Mediator.

He is the Promoter, Chairman and Principal Shareholder of Le Brigadier Hotels Ltd, the operator of Le Brigadier Hotel, Badore, Lagos.
Michael has advised a number of international companies on African and Nigerian matters in the areas of Joint Ventures, Due Diligence enquiries and in general areas of financial services.
