  • -Identify and develop relationships with the key decision-makers, uncover new business opportunities, recommend value added solutions, and develop a winning strategy (i.e. partnerships, subcontracts, etc.).
  • -Ensure tenders are compiled in accordance with the key milestones for all deliverables and quality of the proposal.
  • -In the case of major tenders, develop a schedule for the tendering process and monitor the actual progress to ensure that the deliverables dates are achieved.
  • -Carryout initial review and summarizing of ITT packages and guide management on "Bid" or "No Bid".

Qualification, Skills and Competence

Minimum Qualification

B.Sc./HND/B.Eng. in relevant discipline with minimum of 10 years hands-on experience in maritime related industries with at least 5 years in tender packaging and relationship management with the IOCs, marginal field producers and clear understanding of operational regulatory and statutory requirements for business.
