Japaul was incorporated in 1994 and started business operation in Port-Harcourt city with N40,000.00 Capital base in a one-room office. The company started as a maritime Broker and supplies all manner of Material to Companies. The Company bought its first Marine craft in the year 2009 which is called Japaul-I a barge of 300 tons. As at 2010, Japaul have in excess of 55 river marine craft in her fleet and 16 no/ sea-going vessels.

Emirates Gabbro Quarries LLC (EGQ) is a stone-crushing, aggregates production and sales Company; involved in the crushing, processing and/or reprocessing of various types and specifications of rock products – aggregates, road base and armour, established and located in Kadra Area, in Ras Al Khaimah Emirate of the United Arab Emirates.

Mines & Products
Japaul Mines and Products Limited (JMPL) is Mining Company in Nigeria with Quarry Sites located at Ifon and Calabar. The Company has two major Quarry products Depots from where she sells to Customers. The depots are in Bayelsa and Igwuruta.

Energy
Japaul Energy Limited is a Subsidiary of JOMS Plc. ,the subsidiary was incorporated in April, 2011 to do business in trading of Petroleum Products. The line of Petroleum Products include but not limited to DPK (Kerosene) , AGO (Diesel), PMS (Petrol), Bitumen, Jet-A1, LPG (Cooking Gas) etc.

Gulf Electro Mechanic
JAPAUL GULF ELECTROMECHANICAL LLC (JPGEM) is an Engineering and Contracting Company, fully registered in three locations in the Middle East – Abu Dhabi & Dubai in UAE and Muscat in the Sultanate of Oman. The three locations operate as independent subsidiaries but under the management of Japaul International (of the Japaul Group of Companies).
