Paul Jegede
Group Managing Director
  He is presently leading the Management team of the company in the capacity of Group Managing Director (GMD). He holds a degree in Accounting from the University of Ilorin and an MBA from Rivers State University of Science and Technology, Port-Harcourt, River State,
Nigeria.He is also a Fellow member of Nigeria Institute of Shipping. He worked with various reputable organizations before Incorporated Japaul and joined the Board of the company in 1997 as the Managing Director. 
Paul Jegede has been presented with various awards and the latest of them is the award of for one of the 50 Men ofIntegrity in Nigeria.

Benson Awomewe (Amb.)
Group Executive Director
He is presently leading the company at the international front.  He is leading the Japaul International arm of the business which comprises of Japaul Electro-Mechanical LLC UAE, Japaul Oil and Maritime Services FZE, UAE, Japaul Mines and Products and Japaul LLC, Maryland. he graduated with honours in Applied Geology. He has cumulated more than Twenty (20) years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry. His experience spanned through Technical, Commercial/Contracting, Managerial and Government/Community Liaison. He is a Business Ambassador to the State of Austria.

Akinloye Daniel Oladapo
Executive Director
He is currently the Executive Director, Operations and the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Japaul Dredging and Oilfield Services (JDOS). He was elected into JOMS PLC board in May 2008. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Transport, London and a Fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Shipping. He holds HND, PGD, MSc MCIT(London)

Sunil Chaudhary (Capt.)
Executive Director
He has 25yrs experience in Marine, Oil & Gas Industry.He has performed diverse management roles in shipping, business development, finance, HR and project management. He had Master (F.6) – LBS College of Advanced Maritime Studies and Research, He also a Professional Membership of Member Nautical Institute (UK) and Member International Tug & Salvage

Oludotun Oluwole
Executive Director
He is presently the Executive Director, Finance and Administration of Japaul Oil & Maritime Services Plc. He has working experience cutting across the Manufacturing, Banking and the Oil & Gas Industry. Prior to joining JOMS, he worked as Finance and Administrative Manager of a Ship Repairer/Ship Consultant Company. He holds BSc., ACA, FCA, ACIB (Accounts)

Olugbenga Shittu
General Manager, Offshore
He is presently the General Manager, Offshore. He joined Japaul Limited in 1997 as a Field Officer and rose to the position of the Supply and Procurement Manager of the Company. He was the Logistics Manager of the Company, Senior Manager (Offshore) before attaining the present position.  BSc, DCSP

Tema Ndubuisi (Mrs.)
Group Head, HR, General Administration and Procurement
She is presently the Group Head (Human Resources, General Admin and Procurement). She joined Japaul Oil & Maritime Services Plc. in 1998 as Head of Accounts and later Accounts Manager up till 2007, Senior Manager, Internal Control in January 2008 prior to her posting as General Manager, Internal Control in July 2010. She holds HND, ACA, ANIM

Irewole Olowe
General Manager, Operations
He is presently the GM, Operations for the Dredging Division of the company.  He has held various positions from sales to logistics before joining the services of Japaul in 2000.  While in Japaul he has held various responsibilities ranging from logistics officer, material manager, contract/project manager, and logistics/contract manager. He holds BSc, and is a Chartered Shipper.

Shobola Olakunle
General Manager, Mines & Products
He joined Japaul Oil & Maritime Services Plc as Administrative Officer in 2000. He later worked as Logistics Officer before his elevation as Procurement Manager with responsibility for both local and foreign procurement. He later became the Senior Manager (Quarry & Trucking) with principal responsibility for managing the company’s Quarry and overseeing the company’s Trucking department with its numerous fleets. He holds HND, NIS
