Responsibilities

  • -Consistently recruiting an excellent staff.
  • -Maintaining a smooth onboarding process.
  • -Interpreting and advising on employment legislation; develop and implement policies on a variety of workplace issues e.g disciplinary procedures, absence management, working conditions, performance management and equal opportunities.
  • -Training, counseling and coaching our staff.
  • -Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
  • -Giving helpful and engaging presentations.
  • -Maintaining employee and workplace privacy

Qualification, Skills and Competence

Minimum Qualification

B.Sc./HND/B.Eng. in relevant discipline with minimum of 10 years hands-on experience in related industry with at least 5 years at managerial level. Proficiency in the use of relevant software is mandatory. Additional academic and professional qualification in human resource management will be added advantage.
