Kayode Tolulope Oluwasegun-Ojo - Group Managing Director.

Mr. Kayode Tolulope Oluwasegun-Ojo is the Group Managing Director of Japaul Oil and Maritime Services Plc. Prior to his appointment, He has worked as the Managing Director, Nigeria Aviation Handling Company (NAHCO) Plc. He started his career with Lafenwa Osiberu & Co as an Audit Trainee before he joined Aba Ogunsola & Associates. He also worked with Ernst & Young as Audit Trainee and Audit Semi Officer respectively and Midas Merchant Bank (acquired by FCMB) as Treasury Officer and Analyst in Corporate Banking Division. He also worked with MBC International Bank (acquired by First Bank Plc) as Head of Treasury Operations, and rose to Head Treasury Group/ALM. He was Assistant General Manager, Associated Discount House Limited and rose to the position of General Manager in the company. He is a change management expert whose experience to date covers audit and assurance, banking and aviation. In his role as Managing Director of NAHCO Plc., he led the change and business diversification strategy of the company, transforming it to an internationally recognized aviation services company as it became the first Ground Handling Company in West Africa to attain the prestigious ISAGO status conferred by International Air Transport Association (IATA). His academic credentials include a B.Sc. Economics from the University of Ife, (now Obafemi Awolowo University). He is a Fellow Institute of Chartered Accountant (FCA).

Mr. Akinloye Daniel Oladapo - Deputy Group Managing Director

He is the Deputy Group Managing Director of Japaul oil and maritime services Plc. Prior to his appointment, He was the Executive Director & Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Oladapo Akinloye Daniel holds HND in Urban and Regional Planning from The Polytechnic, Ibadan and Post Graduate Diploma and M. Sc. Degree in Transport from Ogun State University, Ago- Iwoye. He worked for several years with Dapkol Engineering Nigeria Limited where he rose to the post of Project Manager before he resigned his appointment in 1997. He contributed immensely to the successful completion of various projects undertaken by Dapkol, including the EEC sponsored projects under Lome II convention while employed there. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Transport, London and a Fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Shipping. Prior to his present position, He was the Executive Director, Operations and Chief Operating Officer, Dredging Division of Japaul Oil and Maritime Services.

Mr. Olubunmi Falua - Executive Director, Finance & Planning

He is the Executive Director, Finance & Planning of Japaul Oil and Maritime Services Plc. Prior to his appointment, he was the Chief Financial Officer Japaul Oil and Maritime Services Plc. He worked as the Finance Manager, Phillips Consulting Limited also as an Assistant General Manager (Finance) at Makon Engineering & Technical Services Ltd. He was with Celtel Nigeria Limited as Head, Business Support Division and Regional Finance Manager. He also worked with Globalcom Nigeria Limited as Senior Reporting Accountant. He was Manager, Finance & Treasury, Intercellular Nigeria Limited and Account Officer at Royal Dutch Airlines. His first working experience was with the University of Ado Ekiti as Account Officer (Bursary Department) before he joined Procter & Gamble Nigeria Ltd. Olubunmi Falua is a finance professional with extensive experience in accounting, Internal and external financial reporting, integrated systems, business planning, operations analysis and international operations. His Leadership experience in the corporate and operating unit environments with proven technical, problem-solving and leadership skills and also vast experience in financial analysis, Management & Project Management has set him in leadership and management positions in Organizations he has worked with. His academic credentials include a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accountancy (Upper Credit) at the Federal Polytechnic, Ado Ekiti and Masters of Business Administration (MBA)in Finance at the University of Ado Ekiti. His professional certifications & Memberships includes: Certified IFRS Specialist (CIFRSS), (International Academy of Business & Financial Management), Fellow, Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (FCA), Associate, Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (ACTI), Associate, Nigerian Institute of Management (AMNIM).

Engr. Julius Folorunso Omojusaribi - Chief Operating Officer of Japaul Dredging Services Limited

Engr. Julius Folorunso. Omojusaribi is presently the Chief Operating Officer of Japaul Dredging Services Limited, Prior to his appointment, He worked as the Managing Director/CEO, Ribiglobe Consult Limited and as Contract Holder/HSE Coordinator for Overseas Technical Services Warri, Delta State. At Overseas Technical Services, he was also responsible for Dredging HSE Coordinator and Project Supervisor. He started his carrier as a Project Inspector (Civil) at Edcan Inspection Services Ltd Warri. He thereafter proceeded to work with ABB Global Engineering Limited, Warri as a Project Supervisor (PMI). He was with Spencer Nigeria Limited, Warri as Project Supervisor - PMS (Dredging). He also worked with Globe Inspection Services Nigeria Limited as Project Supervisor (PMS). He was Project Inspection/Supervisor, Rigom Inspection Services Limited Warri, Delta State. Engr. Julius Folorunso. Omojusaribi has over Twenty Five (25) years experience in various engineering projects at various capacities encompassing management of road works, building constructions, dredging and allied operations, reclamation works, oil field location preparation, health safety and environmental management and general project management. He is a COREN Registered Engineer, a full member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers, member of the Worldwide Project Management Institute and also a member of the world renowned International Institute of Risk & Safety Management, London. His academic credentials include a B.Sc. Civil Engineering at the University of Lagos and a Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) of Health, Safety & Environmental Management, Medilag Consult, College of Medicine, University of Lagos. His professional certifications & Memberships includes: Nigeria Society of Engineers (MNSE), Member Council for Registered Engineers in Nigeria (COREN), Member, International Institute of Risk & Safety Management (MIIRSM), London and Member, Project Management Institute (MPMI).

Tema Ndubisi (Mrs.) - General Manager, Group Business Planning

She is presently the General Manager, Group Business Planning. She joined the company in 1998 as Head of Accounts and later Accounts Manager up till 2007, Senior Manager, Internal Control in January 2009, General Manager, Internal Control in July 2010 and Group Head (General Administration, Procurement and Corporate Affairs) from 2011 to July, 2014. She holds HND, ACA, ANIM.

Olakunle Sobola - General Manager, Japaul Mines & Products Limited

He is presently the General Manager, Japaul Mines & Products Limited. He joined the company as an Administrative Officer in 2000, promoted as Logistics Officer before his elevation as Procurement Manager with responsibility for both local and foreign procurement. He was promoted to the position of Senior Manager (Quarry & Trucking) with principal responsibility for managing the company's Quarry and overseeing the company's Trucking department. He holds HND, NIS and he is a Chartered Shipper.

Olusegun Omotosho - Head Japaul Shipping & Offshore Services Ltd..

He is presently the Head of Japaul Shipping & Offshore Services Ltd. Prior to his appointment, he was the Group Head Human Resources Manager of Japaul Oil and Maritime Services. He also worked as the Head, Human Resources of Nigerian Aviation Handling Co. Plc (NAHCO) and Acting Head Human Resources at Nigerdock Nig Plc. – FZE. He also pioneered and headed the Consultancy & Research Dept., CIPM amongst several other appointments. Everything about him epitomises Professionalism and Integrity. His desire to deliver value and excellence permeates his everyday life. He has over twenty three years of Human Resource Management and Consultancy experience. He has extensive experience in Recruitment and Selection, Employee and Industrial Relations, Knowledge Management, Change Management, Organizational Design, Learning and Development, Leadership Development, and Strategic Corporate Social Responsibility spanning various sectors of the economy. This experience has put him in good stead to deal with most of the difficulties facing businesses and institutions today. Adejumobi Johnson - Executive Technical Assistant to the Group Managing Director

He is presently the Executive Technical Assistant to the Group Managing Director, prior to his present position, He was the Group Head Human Resources of Japaul Oil and Maritime Services Plc. He possesses broad knowledge and experience in various HR functions. Also has consistent hands-on and increasingly responsible office administration and Human Resources experience in small, moderate and complex work environment. Possesses over 12 years of diverse industry experience including Banking, EPC Contracting (upstream and downstream), Oil & Gas, Marine, Offshore and Mining. He holds HND, BPA, MBA, ADHRM, ACIPMN and APAN.

Engr. Talabi Abayomi - Group Head, Business Development

He is presently the Group Head Business Development. He joined Japaul Oil & Maritime Services Plc as a Procurement Officer in 2006, and was promoted to Business Development Manager in 2008. Following the impressive success he recorded in this position, he was promoted to the position of the Senior Manager, Business Development in 2010 and also doubled as the Nigerian Content Focal Person. Possesses HND Chemical Engineering, B.Eng. in Petroleum Engineering and Masters in Engineering Management. He is a corporate member of The Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) and COREN.
